To ensure your Christmas Factory order arrives in time for the holiday, please place your order by the following dates. Orders placed after these dates will still be shipped as usual; however, delivery by Christmas cannot be guaranteed by couriers.

We are pleased to offer free delivery Australia-wide on all orders over $60. and a flat rate of $10 otherwise
Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed and payment is confirmed, our team will carefully process and package your items. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your items are dispatched for delivery.

- Regional Areas: 3-7 business days after dispatch

Delivery Information
- Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays or lost packages.
- If you are not available to receive your package, our delivery partner will leave a collection note with instructions.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to incorrect delivery details or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.
