- You must contact us at support@christmasfactory.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the refund process.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Please note that refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects and not for change of mind or unwanted products.
Returns
We accept returns for products that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing faults within 7 days of delivery. If you believe your item is defective:
- Contact us at support@christmasfactory.com.au to initiate the return process.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging. You may open the packaging to test or inspect the product. If the product shows signs of extended use or installation, it may not qualify for a return unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. If you need to exchange a product for the same item:

- We will guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are not available for change of mind purchases.
Warranty
All products purchased from Christmas Factory come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. However, any misuse or improper handling of the product by the customer will void the warranty and make you ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
